摘要
焦化副产区域鼓风机系统具有非线性时变、多变量、强耦合的特点,并存在随机干扰的问题,为避免非人为因素造成的停机跳车,通过对3台鼓风机的位移、振动和温度等连锁点的有效保护,利用DCS系统模块化结构,运用多种先进控制策略,在传统控制基础上开发出带有前馈功能的非线性智能调节器。提高了鼓风机控制系统的可靠性、稳定性、可维护性,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
The blower is featured of nonlinear time variant, multivariate, strong coupling in coking byproduct area. And it has random interference problem. In order to avoid non-artificial reason shutdown, make an effective protection on the displacement, vibration and temperature interlock points of three blowers, use DCS system modular structure, and apply various advanced control strategies. The nonlinear intelligent adjustor with feedforward function is developed on the basis of traditional control. The stability, reliability and maintainability of the blower control system are improved. The production efficiency is improved, and production cost is reduced.
