水下爆炸致兔急性肺损伤动脉血气的研究

摘要 目的探讨水下爆炸致兔急性肺损伤的动脉血气变化。方法以水下爆炸装置对兔造成急性肺损伤,检测爆炸后0 h、4 h、12 h、24 h的动脉血气变化。结果爆炸后0 h、4 h损伤组呼吸频率明显高于正常组(P<0.01),心率明显低于正常组(P<0.01);爆炸后12 h、24 h损伤组呼吸频率和心率均恢复至正常水平。两组动脉血气指标PaO_2、pH及PCO_2在爆炸后0 h、4 h、12 h、24 h均未见差异(P>0.05)。结论水下爆炸致兔急性肺损伤时其动脉血气未见显著性改变。 Objective To elucidate the change of arterial blood gas in the rabbit with acute lung injury from underwater explosion. Methods An underwater explosive device was used to cause acute lung injury in rabbits. The arterial blood gas was collected and detected respectively 0 hour,4 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after explosion. Results The breathing rate of rabbits in injury group was remarkably higher than that of control group at 0 hour and 4 hours(P〈0. 01),But the heartbeat rate was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0. 01). Meanwhile,the heart rate and breathing rate of the injury group returned to normal at 12 hours and 24 hours after burst. There were no significant differences in PaO2 pH and Pa CO2,between the two groups at 0 hour,4 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after explosion(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The data of arterial blood gas in the rabbits with acute lung injury enduring underwater explosion stags unchanged.
