超声雾化及鼻窦负压置换联合药物治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎效果观察

Clinical observation of ultrasound nebulization combined with nasal sinus negative pressure replacement in children with chronic sinusitis

目的探讨超声雾化及鼻窦负压置换联合药物治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法将74例慢性鼻窦炎患儿随机分为两组,各37例。观察组采用超声雾化及鼻窦负压置换联合药物治疗,对照组单纯给予药物治疗,对比两组患儿治疗效果及治疗前后鼻窦腔病变情况。结果观察组患儿治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组患儿鼻窦腔病变Lund-Mackey评分均明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论超声雾化及鼻窦负压置换联合药物治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎效果显著,能有效缓解鼻窦腔病变程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ultrasonic nebulization combined with nasal sinus negative pressure replacement in children with chronic sinusitis. Methods Seventy-four children with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （37 cases） treated with ultrasonic atomization and sinus negative pressure replacement, and control group （37 cases） treated with drug alone. Treatment effect and changes of sinus cavity lesions before and after the treatment were compared. Results The treatment result of observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, the Lund-Mackey scores of the two groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. the decrease of the observation group was bigger than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasonic nebulization and nasal sinus negative pressure replacement combined with drug treatment of children with chronic sinusitis, is significant, and can relieve the degree of sinus cavity lesions.
