摘要
基于天津港"8·12"爆炸事故,本文从库房选址、硬件安全、智能化库房、档案信息、应急预案体系等方面提出构建档案安全的基本思路,旨在为档案的安防工作提供理论支持。
Based on the Tianjin Port ＂8 · 12＂ explosions, the paper investigates some basic ideas of building archives safety from perspective of warehouse location, hardware security, automatic warehouse systems, archives information and emergency plan system, in order to provide theoretical support for archives safety management.
