众创空间孵化服务能力提升探讨——以紫东创意空间为例

孵化服务是众创空间生存和发展的基础,是众创空间的核心功能,如何提升众创空间的服务能力是一个值得探索的课题。文章通过对江苏省众创空间的现状、服务、模式等多方面的分析,借鉴行业服务体系建设的相关理论和经验,提出众创空间服务能力的内涵、意义及服务能力提升的方法和对策,以紫东创意空间为案例,从构筑立体的众创空间服务体系、创新服务模式、建立专业服务团队、培育增值服务能力和市场化运作等方面提出了对策和建议,以期为当前各类众创空间服务能力提升提供很好的借鉴和指导意义。

Incubator service is essential for the survival and development of maker space. It＇s the core function of maker space. How to improve the service ability of maker space is an issue worth exploring. This article puts forward the connotation and significance of service ability of maker space as well as the methods and strategies for improving its service by analyzing the current status, service and pattern of maker spaces in Jiangsu province and by learning from the relevant theories and best practice for developing the service system of the industry. By taking Zidong Creative Space as an example, the article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for building a three-dimensional maker space service system and innovative service model, setting up professional service team, cultivating valueadded service ability and operating market, in a bid to improve the service ability of the current maker space.
