由于ERP本身的限制,以及工厂层的动态变化特性和生产过程中的大量不确定性,管理层的计划常常与车间层的实际情况相脱节。ERP的实施使得企业在宏观上的运行处于最优状态,但ERP的计划在执行过程中常需要根据实际的变化进行调整。文章将结合集团企业的特点,阐述集团内MES的设计与应用。

Due to ERP restrictions, and the dynamic characteristics in factory layer and a large number of uncertainties in production process, the plan in the management layer is always separated from the actual situation in the workshop layer. The implementation of ERP layer makes enterprises stay in the optimal state in macro operation. However, the ERP plan in the implementation process should adjust itself according to the actual change. The article will combine the characteristics of group enterprises to expound the design and application of MES in the group.
