基于图片的三维造型及雕刻加工研究

此次设计结合CorelDRAW X5软件,介绍了位图与矢量图之间的格式转换,并利用AUTO CAD修复矢量图。文章以ArtCAM软件为工具,进行了蝴蝶图片的三维造型,并准确地生成了走刀路径,实现实体的加工模拟,经过后置处理生成NC程序。

Combined with the CorelDraw X5 software, this design has introduced the format conversion between bitmap and vector graph and used the AutoCAD to repair the vector. With the ArtCAM software as the tool, the paper carries out the the butterfly picture in three-dimensional shape, accurately builds tool paths and realizes the processing verification for solid. After the post procession, the NC programs are produced.
