摘要
随着高层建筑大规模建设和投入运营,电力系统自身规模不断扩大,重要电力的供用电系统面临着巨大的风险挑战。该文结合我国当前重要电力用户高层建筑群供用电风险的现状,从供电侧和用电侧两方面,构建定性和定量相结合的混合型重要电力用户高层建筑群供用电风险指标体系。引入粗糙集属性约简算法,对已构建的指标体系进行约简,约简后的风险指标体系具有有效性和实用性。
With the development of modem electricity technology,power supply and use risk system for important power users of high-rise buildings are facing a huge risk challenge. Combined with the power supply risk situation for important power users of high-rise buildings group,from the perspective of both the supply and demand side,a hybrid risk index system combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is constructed. Using rough set theory,the reduction of the power supply risk index system can be established,and the proposed system is effective and practical.
