摘要 实验室常采用激波管对冲击波超压测试系统进行动态校准。该文根据不确定度的来源,对校准系统的不确定度进行了定量分析,由此得出,采样频率的大小对不确定度基本无影响,而分辨率大小对不确定度影响较大。为了降低这2个分量的影响,设计了数据采集和校准系统及上位机软件,并进行了仿真实验。 Shock tube is often used in laboratory dynamic calibration of overpressure testing system. According to the source of uncertainty,uncertainty of the calibration system has carded on the quantitative analysis. It comes to the conclusion that the sampling frequency has little effect on the uncertainty,and the resolution has a large effect on the uncertainty. In order to reduce the influence of the two components,a data acquisition and calibration system is designed. At the same time,the upper computer software is also designed. Simulation experiment is carried out.
