一种钢丝绳端头固定优化设计

摘要 为提高机械升降系统的可靠性和装备的使用效率,对钢丝绳端头连接强度进行优化设计。采用限位压接工艺,利用钢丝绳和端头之间的摩擦作用将端头与钢丝绳牢固结合,通过正交试验设计筛选并验证了优化的钢丝绳端头固定参数。试验结果表明:该固定方式结合强度高,安全可靠,能够满足军用装备的战备要求。 In order to improve the reliability and service efficiency of the mechanical lifting system, carry out optimal design for the connection strength of the Wire rope end. By the means of limited press process, friction effect between the wire rope and end can provide the combination of the wire rope and the end strongly. Through the orthogonal test, the optimized fixed parameters of the wire rope end are screened and verified. Test results show that the fixed combination has high strength and it can be satisfied with the requirements of military equipment readiness safely and reliably.
