Design and Implementation of the Dynamic Management Measurement Information Service System for Urban and Rural Planning Supervision

完善、有效的城市规划管理制度是规划实施顺利进行的关键。随着城乡建设的飞速发展,传统的规划监督技术手段和管理模式已难以适应飞速发展的城镇化建设进程。本文通过对城乡规划监督测量管理的发展现状进行分析,利用信息化、网络化技术与智慧城市理念,结合珠海实际,开展城乡规划监督测量动态管理的信息化研究与建设。创新了管理机制,提升了规划监督信息化服务和执法监察精准管理水平,进一步增强了规划监督执法与服务能力。

Perfect and effective urban planning management system is the key to ensure the plan implement goes smoothly. With the rapid development of urban and rural construction, the traditional planning supervision technology and management mode was difficult to adapt to the rapid development of urbanization process. This paper analyzes the current development situation of the urban and rural planning supervision management, makes use of Information technology, net- worked technology and wisdom city idea, combined with the actual situation in Zhuhai City, the research and construction of dynamic management measurement informatization for urban and rural planning supervision has been carried out. In the end, it has achieved the innovation of management mechanism, strengthened the information services of planning su- pervision and the precision management level of law enforcement superintends, and further enhanced the capabilities of planning supervision of law enforcement and service
