湘江新区“国土规划一张图”系统建设

The “Homeland-Planning One Map” System Building of the Xiangjiang New District

近年来,"一张图"系统在全国各地的国土及规划管理部门都得到了广泛的应用,但是将国土与规划数据进行统一管理的却不多。本文以法定图则为核心、以建设项目为主线构建"湘江新区国土规划一张图"系统以统筹国土与规划业务,并通过加强档案数据化和对"一张图"系统的动态更新维护,实现现实数据和历史数据的融合,以期提高新区行政办公效能。

Recently, ＂One-map＂ system has been used widely in homeland and planning management department all across the country. The uniform management of the data with homeland and planning does not see more. This paper u- ses the statutory plan as the core and construction project as the main line. Trying to build the Xiangjiang new district＇ s ＂homeland-planning one map＂ system,to co-ordinate homeland planning business. Meanwhile, according to strengthen file data-intensive and update ＂One-map＂ system, realizing real date and historical date confusion, in order to increase the efficiency of the new district administrative.
