测绘地理信息技术在水灾保险中的应用——以宁波市为例

The Application of the Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Technology in Flood Insurance——A Case study in Ningbo City

洪涝灾害对城市居民的生产、生活等造成巨大损失,因此,如何做好灾后保险工作的科学合理定损和理赔管理具有重要意义。测绘地理信息技术为智慧城市建设的提供重要支撑,为巨灾保险洪水灾害等的科学定损、理赔提供先进的技术手段。通过综合利用前沿测绘地理信息技术,研究并实现科学、高效的巨灾保险水灾定损理赔方式,建立宁波市公共巨灾保险水灾远程核灾定损管理系统平台,为我国其他城市洪涝灾害保险工作的顺利展开提供良好的借鉴。

Flood disasters cause enonnouslosses for the production and life of urban residents, hence, it has a great significance to accomplish the scientific and reasonable claim assessment management of the casualty insurance. Fortu- nately, the surveying and mapping geographic information technology is the crucial support for the smart city, and it pro- vides a superexcellent way for the scientific and reasonable claim assessment management of the catastrophe insurance, such as in the flood disasters. This paper took full advantage of the advanced surveying and mapping geographic informa- tion technology to study and realize the scientific and efficient claim assessment of the flood insurance. Furthermore, this paper constructs the Remote Claim Assessment Management System Platform of the Flood Disasters in Public Catastrophe Insurance in Ningbo City, and it can provide a good reference for the flood insurance work of other cities in China.
