The Design and Implementation of Chang Chun Developed City Planting and Management Information System

在长春市地理信息共享云平台的基础上,开发了长春市开发区规划管理信息系统。该系统实现了规划管理从前期规划编制、项目选址、规划管理到最后竣工核实全过程的网格化管理;规范业务办理流程,明确人员职责,提高工作效率;加强项目办理监控,实时掌握项目办理情况;实现规划资料的电子化,方便资料的查阅。本文详细介绍了该系统的设计和实现。

Based on geographic information common platform in Chang Chun Developed city planting and manage- ment information system. The system realizes the planning management from pre planning, site selection, planning and management to the final completion of the whole process of the verification of grid management;specification of business processes,clear responsibilities,improve work efficiency;strengthen project management monitoring, real-time control of project management situation ;electronic realization of planning information ,easy access to data. This paper describes the design and implementation of the system.
