摘要
目前海底管道法兰式膨胀弯由潜水员水下进行组对预紧,由于水下作业的高难度及隐蔽性,保证法兰预紧的密封性一直是国际上的难题。国内外主流水下公司都采用液压拉伸器进行法兰螺栓预紧,在液压拉伸器拉伸时,使用有限元分析软件ABAQUS中的STANDARD模块,分析法兰及垫圈应力、应变及位移的变化,应用数值模拟方法对法兰安装过程中液压拉伸器拉伸后法兰垫圈变形情况做仿真计算,通过计算结果分析,与工程施工中法兰预紧结果进行比对,可以验证液压拉伸器程序及压力值的合理性,两者相互补充可为工程施工提供理论指导。
