摘要
油气管线泄漏不仅会污染环境,还会造成大量的经济损失及社会危害。在分析目前负压波法检测油气管线微泄漏时面临的问题后,提出用突变时间下降信号进行油气管线泄漏点定位的可能性。通过改进下降时间估算模型进行噪声淹没拐点较为微弱的泄漏压力信号检测,结合动态规划理论提高了改进模型的计算效率,优化了管线微泄漏时负压波法检测的准确性。对某管线的实际泄漏定位进行测试表明,单点模型在正常泄漏测试中具有良好的定位效果,而管线微泄漏时不能准确定位,优化的改进模型则在两种泄漏测试中都取得了理想的定位效果。
Oil and gas pipeline leakage will not only pollute the environment, but also cause a lot of economic losses and social harm. After analyzing problems faced by current negative pressure wave method that used to detect micro leakage of oil and gas pipelines, the possibility of- using declining signals of-jump time to locate leaking points of oil and gas pipelines is put forward. Through improving the declining time estimation model, leakage pressure signals with weak noise submergence points can be detected. Combined with dynamic programming theory, calculation efficiency of- the improved model is improved and accuracy of- the negative pressure wave detecting method f-or pipeline micro- leakage is optimized. The actual leakage location tests of some pipeline show that the location effect of the single-point model in the normal leakage test is good, but the method cannot accurately locate pipeline micro-leakage.However, the optimized improved model gets ideal location effect in above two kinds of leakage tests.
