摘要
电动机无论在正常状态还是故障状态,其运行都会产生振动。振动位移、振动速度及振动加速度是电动机运行和故障检测的重要参数。采集分析这些振动信号,是电动机故障诊断中最有效、最常用的方法。电动机在烧毁前,一定伴随着振动异常;检修的电动机出厂前,振动同样决定电动机的检修质量。通过分析电动机振动数据可对电动机运行状态和检修质量进行判断。通过对影响电动机振动的原因进行分析,找到一些可以遵循的规律,并把电动机振动分析的结论应用到检修实践中,可提高电动机运行和维修人员的技术水平。
Whether in normal or fault state, the motor operation will produce vibration. Vibration displacement, speed and accelerated speed are important parameters of the motor operation and fault detection. To collect and analyze these vibration signals is the most effective and comman method for motor fault diagnosis. Before motor burning, abnormal vibration must occur. Before leaving the factory, vibration also determines the repair quality of the motor. Through the motor vibration data analysis, judge whether the motor running and maintenance of quality are good or bad can be judged. By analyzing causes of motor vibration, some laws can be found, and the result can be applied to practical maintenance , which can improve the operation quality and the technical level of the appropriate personnel.
