摘要
针对大型储罐网壳拱顶传统施工存在罐顶圈壁板和网壳不能同步组装的问题,以及储罐壁板传统倒装存在提升速度慢、提升高度不易控制的问题,根据多年储罐施工经验,经过不断的探索与实践,创新形成了大型网壳拱顶储罐安装技术。该技术将网壳顶地面组装整体提升技术与储罐壁板倒装采用的行程放大式机械提升技术相结合,实现网壳、顶圈壁板同步施工,有效缩短了施工工期,极大地提高了储罐安装施工效率。
In consideration of the defects existing in the traditional construction in the large-sized netshell doom-roof tanks, including non-simultaneous installation of topping wall and net-shell, low lifiring speed in wallboard traditional downward installation and difficulty in controlling lifting height, an installation technique For large-sized net-shell doom-roof tanks is innovated through years of experiences, continuous exploration and practices. The technique combines the skill of overall lifting netshell doomroof surf ace installation and route-amplified mechanical upgrading skill using in storage tank wall downward installation, which makes the shell and top-ring wall construct simultaneously for the purposes of shortening construction duration and improving the construction efficiency.
