摘要
针对兰炭尾气用于12V190燃气机发电时NH_3含量超标,导致输送管线和发动机的铜质部件严重腐蚀问题,通过Aspen Plus化工流程仿真软件对水洗脱氨过程进行了全流程仿真,对吸收剂温度、循环量,富液温度、解析空气量等工艺参数进行了计算和优化并对吸收塔和再生塔进行了设计和校核计算,采用HTRI软件对富液换热器进行了设计和校核计算,通过研究确定最优操作参数。
The NH3 content of semi coke tail gas used for 12V190 gas engine was over standard which caused serious corrosion of the transmission pipelines and the gas engine copper alloy pans. Aspen Plus software package was utilized to simulate the whole ammonia washing process. Process conditions such as the absorption temperature, circulation quantity, rich solution temperature, air quantity were calculated and optimized. Moreover, absorber and regeneration tower were designed and checked. The software HTRI were used to design and check the rich solution heat exchanger. The right process operating parameters were determined through study.
