摘要
波导型人工结构可用于实现太赫兹生物传感器——一种重要的太赫兹功能器件。太赫兹波导在太赫兹技术及应用领域具有重要意义。利用CST电磁仿真软件建模和分析了太赫兹波在空心金属矩形波导中的传输特性,比较了在空心金属波导内部进行刻槽和在空芯部分加载介质时不同入射频率的太赫兹波的S21参数,与太赫兹光谱实验结果进行了比较、分析和验证。
The waveguide - type artificial structure can be used to realize the terahertz biosensor, which is a kind of important ter- ahertz device. Terahertz waveguide is one of the great significance in terahertz technology and applications. The transmission characteris- tics of terahertz wave in rectangular hollow metal waveguide are analyzed by using the electromagnetic simulation software CST, and the S21 parameters of hollow metal waveguide with groove and dielectric loading are compared with different incident frequencies. The tera- hertz spectroscopy experimental results are also compared, analyzed and verified.
