两种太赫兹频率选择表面的透射特性分析

摘要 随着太赫兹技术的发展,在微波波段广泛使用的频率选择表面(FSS)器件结构也逐步被借鉴到太赫兹功能器件中。使用CST软件对矩形孔和圆孔两种结构的FSS进行仿真,并利用太赫兹时域光谱方法对FSS的透射特性进行测量。该文对多层结构FSS、介质加载FSS等结构进行一系列电磁仿真,探究FSS的敏感性。 With the development of terahertz technology, devices based on the frequency selective surface (FSS) structures, which are widely used in microwave band, are also gradually introduced to the terahertz functional devices. CST software has been used to simulate the FSS with rectangular and circular holes. Terahertz time - domain spectroscopy (TDS) has been used to measure the transmittance characteristics of FSS. Then, multi - layer FSS and medium - load FSS are simulated by CST software to explore the sen- sitivity of FSS.
