摘要
该文以福州大学机械工程及自动化学院创新实验室为例,对目前本科生创新实验室开放性的特点,提出了"学生自管理实验室"的模式。自管理模式把管理工作的重心转移至学生社团,其核心包括设备管理、人员管理和规章制度管理。经过多年实践,学生社团成长良好,实验室环境有效提升,同时也吸引了更多学生进入实验室以提高技能。新模式的应用,充分利用了实验室资源,不但节省了师资投入,并且提高了学生创新能力、管理能力和团队协作精神。
The paper takes the Innovation Laboratory of School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation as an example and puts forward the model of "the student self - management laboratory" for the openness of undergraduate innovation laboratory. By the mode, the key of the management work is transferred to the management to the student community, which includes equipment management, personnel management and regulatory management. After many years practice, the student community grew well the laboratory environ- ment was effectively improved, and more students were brought into the laboratory to improve their practical skills. With the application of this new mode, laboratory resources are fully used, the teachers' time is saved, and the more importantly, the college students' inno- vation ability, management ability and teamwork spirit are greatly improved.
