边境学校青少年辍学的非经济因素及对策研究

An analysis of the non-economic factors for the drop-outs in the border schools of China and possible solutions

非经济因素是影响辍学率的重要方面。在对临沧市耿马县调查的基础上,文章尝试从"早婚"习俗、"读书无用论"思想、教师教育理念、学生意志力、学生学习成绩及朴实的农耕文明六个方面深入分析影响边境学校辍学率高的原因,并提出对策建议。

The non-economic factors are a major cause for the dropout rate in the border schools. Based on the investigation in Gengma County of Lincang City, this paper analyzes the six major factors that influence the dropout rate： the early-marriage custom, the idea of ＂education is useless＂, the teachers＇ poor education ideas, the students＇ weak willpower, the students＇ poor aca- demic records and the influence of the traditional agricultural civilization. It finally puts forward some suggestions.
