摘要
提升农村中学政治教师的专业素质对于增强青少年道德素质、培育政治信仰尤为重要,而农村优秀政治教师的专业素质和其专业的成长因素具有很大的关联性。文章主要采用个案分析法,通过分析个人自述、访谈和观察等定性数据和构建优秀政治教师的成长模型,宏观鸟瞰、系统剖析一名典型农村中学优秀政治教师的专业成长因素和具体过程,研究影响农村政治教师专业发展的成长因素。研究表明,内外因素的合力作用促成了农村中学优秀政治教师的专业成长,其中教师的主动发展意识起主要作用。此外,对于深化农村中学政治教师发展理论、加强农村中学新教师的培养具有一定的启示价值。
To enhance the political and moral qualities of the teachers in rural schools and to cultivate and enhance their political beliefs has great significance. The relevance of the professional quality of the teachers of political science to their professional growth is conspicuous in the training of excellent teachers. This paper mainly adopts the method of ease analysis and qualitative data, through the interviews and observations, and establishes a growth model for excellent political teach- ers. It focuses on the process of their development in all possible aspects and the influencing fac- tor's. It concludes that both the external and internal factors will exert impacts on their personal development, of which their initiative plays a key role. This case study should have some theoretical and practical significance to the relevant studiers.
