摘要
文章综述了莽草酸来源的两条途径,即通过植物提取和化学合成,重点讨论了化学合成莽草酸的方法。对莽草酸的药理活性及以莽草酸出发合成抗流感药物—磷酸奥司米韦的几种方法都做了详细介绍。
This paper summarizes two ways of obtaining shikimic acid, that is, plant extract and chemical synthesis. It focuses on the chemical synthesis of shikimic acid and gives a detailed account of its pharmacological activities and the synthesis of antiviral drugs such as oseltamivir phosphate with shikimic acid as the main material.
