血清叶酸、维生素B_(12)和高半胱氨酸检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究检测血清中叶酸,维生素B_(12)(VB_(12))和高半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平对非小细胞肺癌患者的诊断价值。方法:选择不同分期的非小细胞肺癌患者45例为观察组,同期做健康体检的志愿者40例为对照组,取两组被检者空腹静脉血,应用电化学发光法和循环酶发测定血清中叶酸、Hcy与VB_(12)的水平;采用SNK-q检验和Peason检验分析叶酸、Hcy和VB_(12)之间的关系。结果:随非小细胞肺癌患者病理分期加重,叶酸、Hcy与VB_(12)的水平有降低趋势(P<0.05);观察组叶酸和VB_(12)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);SNK-q检验和Peason结果显示,对照组Hcy与叶酸水平负性相关(P<0.05),观察组Hcy与叶酸水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清中叶酸、Hcy与VB_(12)的水平在诊断非小细胞肺癌患者中具有辅助价值,且不同分期患者表现水平不同,尤其是Hcy的水平,值得临床关注与应用。 Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum folic acid, vitamin B12 (VB12) and homoeysteine (Hey) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: 45 patients with NSCLC served as observation group, 40 healthy volunteers served as control group. Venous blood was obtained, the serum levels of folic acid, Hey and VB12 were determined by electrochemical luminescence and circulating enzyme method. Results: With the aggravation of pathological staging, folio acid, vitamin B12 and Hey levels tended to decrease(P 〈 0. 05 ) ; folic acid and VB12 levels in observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0 05. ), and Hey level was significantly higher ( P 〈 0 05) ; SNK-q test and Peason test analysis showed that in both control group and observation group, Hey level was negatively correlated with folate level, and was not associated with VB12, serum folate and VB12 levels were not relevant. Conclusion: Serum folic acid, Hcy and VB12 levels had auxiliary value in the diagnosis of NSCLC, and NSCLC patients with different stages had different folic acid, Hey and VB12 levels, especially the level of Hey, worthy of clinical attention and application.
