摘要 为了分析植石层间处理技术对水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装层层间抗剪性能的影响,推荐最佳的植石关键技术参数,采用提出的类剪切模量并结合极限抗剪强度指标,通过正交试验,探讨了石料种类、石料粒径、石料撒布面积、石料压入深度比等植石参数对铺装层层间抗剪性能的影响;通过极差分析,对植石参数影响的显著性进行了评价.结果表明:13.2~16.0mm的单粒级辉绿岩石料,在撒布面积为80%,压入深度比为0.2时,铺装层层间抗剪性能较佳,对应的防水黏层油最佳用量为0.9L/m^2;植石参数的显著性水平依次为:石料压入深度比>石料粒径>石料撒布面积>石料种类. In order to analyze the effect of chip-sprinkling technique on the interlaminar shear performance of chip- sprinkling cement concrete(CSCC) bridge asphalt pavement structure, and also recommend the optimal chip-sprin- kling technique parameters, direct shearing test based on orthogonal method was designed. The effect of chip- sprinkling technique parameters, such as aggregate type, aggregate gradation, aggregate spreading area ratio and aggregate pressing depth ratio, on the interlaminar shear performance of CSCC bridge asphalt pavement structure was discussed through the evaluation indexes of similar shear modulus and interlaminar shear strength. At the same time, the significance level of chip-sprinkling parameters was assessed on the basis of range analysis. Labora- tory test results show that the diabase with particle size of 13.2 - 16.0 mm, spreading area ratio of 80 %, pressing depth ratio of 0. 2 respectively shows better interlaminar shear performance, which corresponds to the optimal bonding oil dosage of 0.9 L/m2. The significance level of chip-sprinkling parameters ranks as follows: aggregate pressing depth ratio〉 aggregate particle size〉aggregate spreading area ratio〉aggregate type.
