摘要
采用正交试验对硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物进行了力学性能试验研究.结果表明:影响硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物强度的因素依次为碱激发剂浓度、硅铝比(n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3))、碱激发剂种类.配制硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物的碱激发剂为KOH,其最佳浓度为3.0mol/L,硅铝比为4.当KOH浓度为3.6mol/L,硅铝比为4时,硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物的抗折强度可达7.17MPa,抗压强度可达17.15MPa.
Silica fume-aluminum oxide geopolymer was prepared and its mechanical properties were investi- gated through orthogonal test. Results show that the properties of geopolymer are determined by the con- centration of alkali activator, the molar ratio between silicon and aluminum and the type of alkali activator. It is recommended that the concentration of alkali activator is 3.0 mol/L, the ratio between silicon and alu- minum is n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4, and the best suitable alkali activator is potassium hydroxide. It is ob- served that flexural strength and compressive strength of geopolymer are 7.17 MPa and 17.15 MPa respec- tively when the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 3.6 mol/L.
