摘要
将人的自由、人权的平等和人的全面发展作为人文主义的首要目标。实践表明:美国在实际的教学中有很多严重违背人文主义的事情发生,在具体的培养中,体育教师的专业培训严重的狭窄化,更严重的是,女性教师在体育教育中的地位被严重削弱。基于此,应参考我国如今体育教师所处的地位,建造以人文主义为中心,适合于我国的体育教师在专业发展方面进步的体系。
By taking people's freedom, equality of human rights and the human comprehensive development as the primary goal of humanism,this paper explores the significance of humanism in terms of the criteria for selecting teachers in higher physical education in the United States. Practice shows that many serious matters which violate humanism take place in practical teaching in the United States, professional training is severe narrowing in cultivating physical education teachers, and what's worse, the status of female teachers in physical education is severely weakened. In this sense, by referring to the status of physical education teachers in our country, we should build the humanism-centered system which is suitable for the progress of professional development towards teachers in physical education in our country.
