A Brief Analysis of Risk Management in Subway Project

地铁作为一种庞大而复杂的地下工程项目,存在很多不确定性因素(风险),这些不确定性因素影响着地铁工程项目的各个阶段,为了减少这些因素对地铁工程造成的损失,有必要在项目的实施前期对其进行全面、系统的风险分析。

There are a lot of uncertain factors （risks） in the large and complex underground subway project and the uncertainities can attect the various stages of the metro project. In order to reduce the loss caused by these factors on the subway engineering, it is necessary to take comprehensive and systematic risk analysis at the early stage of the project implementation.
