黑龙江省高校对俄合作新途径探究

Exploration of New Approaches of Cooperation with Russia for Universities in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省与俄罗斯接壤,高校科技文化合作是经济合作的先行者。目前合作水平稍浅,处于低端层次,与黑龙江省的区位不符。在推进"一带一路"发展的形势下,黑龙江省高校在与俄罗斯高校合作方面应拓宽对俄人才培养新领域,与市场接轨;调整高校专业设置,深化双方合作领域;加深科技文化交流层次及水平,实现两国一体共享的教育资源。

Heilongjiang province borders in Russia and plays the role of pioneer of economic cooperation in science and technology culture cooperation. However, the level of cooperation between the two parties is still quite low and can not conform to the location of Heilongjiang province. In the context of promoting the development of the Belt and Road, the inter-college cooperation in Heilongjiang province and Russia should do the following： to widen new frontiers in talent training, to integrate with the market, to adjust college major setting-up, to deepen bilateral cooperation areas, to broaden the level of technological and cultural exchanges, and to realize shared education resources between the integration of two countries.
