高校创新创业教育及其组织管理模式研究

我国高校对创新创业教育已大力推行,引起了大学生、高等院校以及相关教育主管部门的足够重视,各种技能训练项目、本科的教学质量工程或是各类的创业大赛已屡见不鲜。可与经济社会的需求比,高校在创新创业教育上的作为还是远远不够的。要对高校的创新创业教育行为进行深入了解分析,并对组织管理模式进行研讨,具有极其重要的实际意义。

Recently colleges and universities in our country vigorously promote innovation entrepreneurship education which has received sufficient attention from college students, institutions of higher learning as well as the relevant education departments. Nowadays, all kinds of skills training projects, teaching quality projects and entrepreneurship competition have become common. However, compared to the economic and social demands, colleges have not done enough in innovation entrepreneurship education. It is of extremely important practical significance to conduct indepth understanding and analysis about college innovation entrepreneurship and to carry on the discussion towards its organizational management models.
