摘要
教师群体专业发展中协同创新机制的主要作用是为教师的专业发展提供知识集合功能和专业智慧功能,通过跨学科的合作帮助教师不断提升自身的专业技能素养,满足现阶段不断发展的社会对于教师职业技能素养的期望。而具有合作化特征的教师群体专业协同创新机制为教师的专业发展搭建了一个沟通交流的平台,是教师职业技能发展的一个行之有效的措施。
The main fimction of collaborative innovation mechanism in professional development of teachers' group is to provide the function of knowledge collection and intelligence. The interdisciplinary cooperation can help teachers concerned continuously improve their professional skills so as to meet the expectations of teachers' professional skills literacy from the ongoing society at the present. One effective measure is to set up a communication platform by the teachers' group with cooperative characteristics for collaborative innovation mechanism in teachers' professional development.
