In the crucial period for Anhui province to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, the innovation of talent training model brings opportunities but challenges as well for modern higher business vocational education. This paper explores the key points of the innovative talent training model in modern higher vocational business college in order to deal with all kinds of difficulties and problems in the development of higher vocational education. Based on market demand, building the community of colleges and enterprises is beneficial to speed up the adaptation to the new normal Anhui economy.
