基于制度分析的中高等职业教育衔接研究

A Study of the Link-up Education from Secondary Vocation to Higher Profession Based on System Analysis

为满足当前中高等职业教育教学的发展,满足市场产业结构调整与经济发展方式转变,中等和高等职业教育实现了有效衔接。国家为有效解决中职、高职的学生资源问题,实施了对口升学考试、自主招生等相关政策,但这些政策仍然带有一定的局限性。应以科学发展观作为教育教学指导思想,结合社会市场的实际需求与学生发展的实际需要,基于现代化职业教育教学体系与教学机制,深入探索并分析中高等职业教育教学有效衔接的相关政策与制度。

In order to meet the current teaching development of the secondary and higher vocational education, the effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education has been realized with the purpose of adapting to the market adjustment of industrial structure as well as the transformation of economic development patterns. Some relevant policies like the counterpart examinations, autonomous enrollment, etc., have been implemented in our country so as to effectively solve the problem of student resources in secondary and higher vocational schools. However, there are still some limitations in the policies. Based on teaching system and teaching mechanism in modern vocational education, this paper deeply explores and analyzes the policies and systems related to the effective connection between the secondary and higher vocational education, taking the scientific development concept as a guiding ideology of education and teaching, combining the actual demands of social market and the students＇ development.
