摘要 高职与应用型本科"3+2"分段培养是构建现代职业教育体系的主要举措之一,其人才培养质量不仅影响着分段培养的可持续发展,还影响着现代职业教育的发展。影响人才培养质量的关键要素对"3+2"分段人才培养质量监控机制的构建极为关键。从组织、制度建设、环节监督等方面,考虑监控体系的内容。 The "3+2" staged talent training in higher vocational and application oriented education is one of the main measures to construct modem vocational education system. In this model, the quality of talent training not only affects the sustainable development of the staged training, it also affects the development of modem vocational education. The construction of talent quality monitoring mechanism with "3+2" staged training is greatly influenced by the key elements affecting the quality of talent cultivation, and in this sense, it's necessary to consider the contents of the monitoring system from the aspects of organization and system construction as well as link-up supervision, etc.
