摘要
民族地区的教育工作者大多需要融入多元文化的氛围之中,主要任务是训练学生具有不同文化的交流能力,教师的多元文化素养是相当重要的。大学具有多元文化素质的教师在民族地区还比较稀少,文化之间的不同使得沟通成为屏障。要使多元文化有更好的发展,需要改革教学内容,提高思想和工作水平,培养多元文化教师。
Educators in ethnic minority areas need to be put into the multicultural atmosphere, and their main task is to train students' ability to communicate with different culture, which means that teachers' multicultural literacy is very important. University teachers with multicultural qualities in ethnic minority areas are relatively scarce, and the cultural difference causes the barrier for communication. In order to make the multicultural development go better, what need to done is to reform the teaching content, to improve moral and the working standards, and to develop multicultural teachers.
