摘要溃疡性结肠炎（UC）、强直性脊柱炎（AS）、甲状腺功能亢进（简称甲亢）是临床上较常见的与自身免疫相关的疾病,但两种疾病并存者少见,3种疾病并存者临床上更是罕见。本文通过1例UC合并AS、甲亢的临床分析,提高临床工作者对3种疾病并存的认识,以尽早的明确诊断及治疗。
