体外受精后双胎妊娠发生急性妊娠期脂肪肝1例

摘要 1病例报告患者，31岁，因孕35＋1周，恶心、呕吐1月余，下腹痛1天，于2014年12月17日入我院产科。2014年4月行体外受精胚胎移植术成功，妊娠双胎，孕28周左右开始出现恶心、呕吐，症状持续存在；1天前无诱因出现下腹痛，呈阵发性闷痛，
