Study on the law of low temperature and ultra fine grinding of fragrant ink

摘要 目的研究香墨低温超微粉碎的粉碎规律,包括工艺参数、粉体学性质等。方法采用振动式低温超微粉碎机对香墨进行粉碎,每隔3min取样,直至25min。检测样品粒径及比表面积。结果香墨在18.99min时粒径达到最小值为42.88m,粉碎粒径会经历"快速区→缓慢区→平衡区→逆粉碎区"4个阶段。结论振动式低温超微粉碎可改善香墨易粘结成块的特性,且粉碎后粒度更细,粒径分布更均匀。 Objective To study the grinding law of low temperature and ultra-fine pulverization,including the technological parameters,the properties of powder and so on.Methods The vibration type low temperature super micro mill was used to crush the ink,and the samples were sampled every 3 minutes until 25 minutes.Particle size and specific surface area of the samples were detected.Results At 18.99 min,the ink particle size reaches a minimum of 42.88 m,crushing particle size will experience " fast,slow zone to balance area,inverse crushing zone" four stages.Conclusion Vibration type low temperature ultrafine grinding can improve the characteristics of the block,and the particle size distribution is more uniform.
