远志染色体核型分析

Karyotype Analysis of Polygala tenuifolia Willd.

目的研究远志的染色体核型及染色体特征。方法远志根尖用低温法处理,卡诺氏液固定,酸解去壁,改良品红染色、压片,显微摄像系统观察、拍照分析。结果远志的核型公式为K(2n)=2x=38=30m+8sm,属小型染色体,核型分类为2A型,不对称系数58.2%。结论为远志的分类、研究利用提供了依据。

Objective To study the karyotype and chromosome character of Polygala tenuifolia Willd.Methods Root tips were treated 12 h in low temperature,fixed with Carnoys solution,squashed after the wall digested with acid and stained with modified magenta.Microscopic imaging system was adopted for observation and photo taking,and then analysis.Results The number of chromosome of Polygala tenuifolia Willd.was 2n=32,and the karyotype formula was K（2n）=2x=38=30 m＋8sm,belonging to 2B type,and the coefficient of non-symmetry was 58.2%.Conclusion The study would provide some references to the taxonomy and utilization of Polygala tenuifolia Willd..
