地方高校土木工程专业校企协同“双线”式人才培养探索

Exploration on the “double line” type talent cultivation of school-enterprise cooperative for civil engineering specialty in local colleges

随着土木工程行业不断发展,目前高校土木工程专业人才培养模式越来越不适应新形势的需要。土木工程专业是理论与实践紧密结合的工科专业,在人才培养中尤须注重学生用理论知识解决工程实际问题的应用能力,即注重学生工程素质、实践能力和创新能力的培养,使其成为合格的工程应用型人才。文章提出校企协同"双线"式人才培养模式,以培养土木工程专业学生的工程素质、实践能力和创新能力。

With the civil engineering industry development, the personnel training mode of civil engineering professional in colleges and universities become more and more unsuitable to meet the needs of the new situation. In this paper, the ＂ double line＂ type of talent cultivation of school-enterprise cooperative was proposed in order to train the engineering ability, practice ability and innovation ability of students majoring in civil engineering.
