摘要
工程博士的设置目的在于培养能独立进行研究和开发、对相应工程领域的技术进步与企业发展做出贡献的行业领军人才,反映出建立创新型国家的需要,并体现了经济发展、科技进步对高层次工程技术人才的迫切需求。文章结合美国、英国、德国工程博士培养模式的研究,并从入学标准、培养目标、培养过程和培养结果 4个维度对中国工程博士培养情况进行综述,分析现有研究的不足,旨在探寻出适合中国工程博士的培养模式。
Engineering doctoral training aims to cultivate the leading talent with the ability of independent research and development, corresponding engineering field of technological progress and enterprise development,reflecting the need of building an innovative country, and the urgent needs of economic development and scientific and technological progress for high-level engineering and technical personnel. Combined with the engineering training of United States, Britain, Germany, this paper reviewed on the cultivation of engineering doctor in China from admission standards, training objectives, training process and training result, and analyzed the deficiency of current research to explore the training mode for engineering doctoral development.
