我国政府统计部门新型智库建设路径探索研究

Study of the Development of a New Think Tank for the State Statistic Departments of China

随着我国国家治理体系改革进入新阶段,经济发展进入新常态,统计部门必须在政府科学民主决策中发挥智库作用,说明了统计部门新型智库建设的紧迫性,指出了政府统计部门新型智库战略定位的内涵和特点,分析了当前统计部门建设新型智库具备的优势和不足,提出了建立科学有效的项目管理与成果考核机制、建立智库发展投入的综合保障机制、加强信息共享、扩大研究视野等建议。

With the reform of China＇s national governance system has entered a new stage and the economic development has entered a new normal phase, statistical departments need to play a role of think tank in the scientific and democratic decision-making. This paper discusses the urgency of developing a new think tank for the statistics departments, and points out the connotation and characteristics of the strategic positioning of the new think tank. It further , analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current construction of the new think tank, and proposes a series of suggestions, including establishing a scientific and effective project management and achievement evaluation mechanism, developing a comprehensive security mechanism for the investment of the think tank construction, strengthening the information sharing, expanding research fields suggestions, and so on.
