高职院校新入职青年教职工学习需求及工作压力分析——以北京财贸职业学院为例

摘要 近年来高职院校对学生的心理问题愈加重视,但对教职工的心理健康却关注甚少,特别是新入职青年教职工群体。旨在从实证调查角度研究该群体的工作压力和学习需求。从新入职青年教职工工作压力及学习需求的总体状况、影响因素等角度展开分析,并探索性地提出引导对策。 In recent years, higher vocational colleges have increasingly paid attention to students' psychological problems. However, less attention has been paid to the faculty, especially to the newly recruited group. This paper aims to study the work stress and the learning needs of this group based on empirical investigation, general situation of the young facuhy's work stress and learning needs, and influencing factors as well. It proposes some explorative countermeasures.
