摘要
针对地铁投入运营后传统方式检测隧道管片病害信息存在的工作效率低下、人工成本高等问题,设计了一种基于环形阵列视觉的地铁管片病害检测系统;介绍了该系统的整体设计,并着重阐述了视觉信息数据采集系统和视觉数据处理系统的实现方式,最终完成了一种高度智能化的地铁管片病害检测系统。
Aiming at the problem of low working efficiency and high labor costs existing in defects inspection for tunnel segment of subway in traditional way after the subway put into operation, a defects inspection system for tunnel segment of subway based on computer vision of ring array is designed. This paper introduces the overall design of the system, focuses on the realization of visual information data acquisition system and processing system, finally, a highly intelligent tunnel segment of subway defects inspection system is completed.
