摘要
卷纸机构是LTCC印刷机的重要组成部分。从其结构性能、走纸精度、纸带张力控制以及正反转功能实现等方面考虑,对卷纸机构进行了设计。经试验验证,卷纸机构运行良好,其走纸误差控制在允许范围之内,其余各项功能均满足使用要求。
Paper reeling mechanism is an important part for the LTCC printer. In this article, a paper reeling mechanism is designed considering on its mechanical property, operating accuracy, paper tension control, rotating and reversal function etc. The test shows that the newly designed paper reeling mechanism can operate well and the error of paper transportation can be controlled in an accepted range. The other performances meet the operating requirement as well.
