摘要
模具温度分布的均匀性是影响汽车注塑制品质量的重要因素,约60%的塑件缺陷是由模具冷却系统设计不当造成的。针对汽车拉杆装饰罩注塑件缺陷部位,建立了塑件缺陷部位瞬态温度场数学模型及求解的边界条件和初始条件,利用ANSYS有限元软件进行分析仿真。结果表明,塑件表面温度为141.7℃,中心温度为229.1℃,温度差高达87.4℃,不满足塑件要求。据此,重新设计布局模具冷却系统结构。保持注塑工艺条件不变,连续抽样3 000件,合格率为100%。
The uniformity of mold temperature distribution is the important factor affecting the quality of automotive injection products,and 60% plastics product's defects are caused by mold cooling system as a result of un-suitable design.Due to the trolley trim cover defects,the mathematical model was established,and boundary and initial conditions were taken into account to analyze the temperature field of defects positions based on the ANSYS software.The results show that the surface temperature and center temperature reach 141.7℃and 229.1℃,respectively,so temperature difference reaches up to 87.4℃,which is not meet the requirements of plastics.The cooling system structure of the mold was re-designed.At the same injection conditions,continuous samples 3 000 products show 100% qualified rate.
