摘要
比较了常见的几种铝合金精炼工艺的除气、除渣效果及其对熔体质量的影响。结果表明,采用C_2Cl_6和旋转喷吹Ar气复合精炼工艺的除气效果最佳,镁元素烧损在可控范围内,同时浇注的铸件也具有良好的综合性能。
The degassing efficiency and its effect on the melt quality of several refining process often used in casting aluminum alloy were analyzed comparatively. The results reveal that the compound method of C2C16 and rotating blowing argon process exhibits the satisfied refining effects, where the degassing effects are desirable and burning-loss of magnesium element is in the controllable range, meanwhile, the alloy has the high comprehensive properties.
