稀土系贮氢合金中铅、镉量的测定-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法 被引量:3

摘要 为建立适合的稀土系贮氢合金产品及原材料的分析方法,试样以硝酸溶解,在1%硝酸介质中,直接以氩等离子体光源激发进行测定。通过对酸介质、酸度、溶样酸量、基底浓度的选择和测定下限实验、波长的选择、精密度和回收率实验等的考察,确定了最佳的分析条件,采用标准加入法进行测试,精密度:铅量测定RSD 0.656%~2.809%,镉量测定RSD 0.366%~1.487%,回收率:铅量测定的回收率96.69%~107.48%,镉量测定的回收率98.17%~104.90%,证明方法可行。 The test specimen dissolves by the nitric acid,in 1% nitric acid medium,directly carries on the determination by the argon plasma photosource stimulation.Through the para acid medium,the acidity,dissolve the type sour quantity,the basis density choice and the determination lower limit experiment,the wave length choice,the accuracy and the returns-ratio experiment and so on the inspection had determined the best analysis condition.The results show thal by using the standard to join the law to carry on the test,the accuracy:the lead gauging decides RSD0.656%-2.809%,the cadmium gauging decides RSD 0.366%-1.487%,the returns-ratio:the lead gauging decides the returns-ratio 96.69%-107.48%,the cadmium gauging decides the returns-ratio 98.17%-104.90%,the proof method is feasible.
